Eye on San Diego Real Estate market

Saturday, June 21st, 2008

One of the hardest hit cities in the nation is the San Diego real estate market. It has been declining in prices now for over 3 years. The big question is: “When is it going to hit bottom?”  There are allot of real estate investors waiting for the big moment so they can jump in and start snatching up all the San Diego foreclosures.

Well they might have to wait a while, the number of foreclosures in San Diego continue to rise.  You definitely can get a deal right now if you are a buyer, compared to the highs in the past. We believe if you can hold off another 6 months to a year you really will be able to get a great deal.

We use Home Sales San Diego to search the San Diego MLS. It has a great search and will send you new listings as they become available. You definitely should check it out if you are looking for an investment in San Diego.
